Cops warn Americans to buy LOCKING gas caps to prevent fuel from being stolen from their cars as national average climbs to $4.331 a gallon

The average price of a gallon of gas in America rose to $4.331 on Friday, up yet again from $4.318 on Thursday, again a record for highest in United States' history.
